Office closure and year-end deadlines
Dear Taxcor Clients,
With the end of the year fast approaching, we would like to communicate the following important information to you:
Our annual office closure will be from: Monday 20 December 2021 to Monday 03 January 2022.
Retainer Clients
To ensure no late submissions occur in December 2021 kindly ensure that you provide us with all relevant information no later than:
· Friday 3 December 2021 for your December VAT submissions; and
· Monday 6 December 2021 for your December Payroll submissions.
As from January 2022, in an effort to streamline our processing procedures and systems we require all VAT information and documents to be sent to us by no later than the 15th of each month, and for payroll information to be sent to us by no later than the 20th of each month to ensure all submissions are timeously, appropriately and accordingly attended to.
Please note: failure to provide us with the requested information by the above-mentioned dates may result in possible late submissions and ultimately SARS penalties and interest.
We appreciate your assistance with sending information on or before the due dates and allowing us to ensure that we meet your expectations on time.
Updating of Client Information
As part of an effort to keep our database updated and accurate in terms of the POPI ACT, we would like to request that clients update their information on our system on an annual basis.
To make this as quick and easy as possible for our clients, we have created an online Google Form which will take approximately 2 minutes to complete.
Kindly complete all of the required fields, along with any other information where relevant before the 7th of January 2022.
